My parents moved from Grandview to Upper Arlington in 1959, so I didn't actually graduate from GHHS, but I attend all of the class reunions and birthday parties, because that's where all of my friends show up. I spent 6 years in the Navy as a nuclear reactor operator, then completed my bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at OSU. I married in 1973, moved to Grosse Pointe Park, MI in 1979 to work for General Motors and retired in 2001 from Lucent Technologies. Connie and I have 2 boys, who are now both on their own, and I enjoy bicycling, scuba diving and playing tennis. Connie and I travel when we can, and we get back to Columbus about 4 times a year. I used to go more often, but my source for OSU football tickets dried up 2 years ago. In July of 2022, we moved to Aiken, SC to escape the very cold Michigan winters, and we look forward to exploring areas that we haven't yet experienced.
