Greetings to my fellow Bobcats!  I am the daughter of Charles A. Whipple (1942 - Brotherhood of Rooks).  My mother, Alice Bland, was an adopted Bobcat.  She attended Grandview schools for a good portion of her life, through 9th grade.  My brother, Scott Whipple (1975), also lives locally. My husband, Gary Swart, is son of Camden Swart (1942 - Brotherhood of Rooks, classmate of my Dad), and Gary's mother, Lois Herring Swart, was a Bobcat as well (1945.) Lois and Alice were classmates until Alice finished high school elsewhere.
